Obituary of Robert Carter

Mr. Robert "Bob" Carter, born on August 24, 1951 in Louisiana, passed away at age 67 on April 14, 2019 in Sacramento, California. Robert was the beloved husband of the late Loretta. He is survived by his sons, Sean Maurice Carter and Justin St. Clare Carter; brother, Keith Anthony Carter; daughter-in-law Lisa Carter; sister-in-law Euria Batiste; and numerous neices and nephews. He enjoyed travel.
