Obituary of Virgil Journagan

Virgil Journagan, age 85, of Olivehurst, CA, passed away Sunday October 7th, 2018. He was born In Colgate, Oklahoma to Annie and Robert Journagan on June 6th, 1933. Virgil served in the army during the Korean War. He was a heavy equipment operator/truck driver/well driller/commercial fisherman for 50 years. His favorite things were family, church and music. Virgil is survived by his wife LaFaith, of 62 years, daughter Stephanie and son-in-law Dennis Donaldson, daughter Cyndi Journagan, son Kelly and daughter-in-law Vicki Journagan, son Kendall and daughter-in-law Diane Journagan. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Virgil is preceded in death by his parents Annie and Robert, his three brothers Robert, Hubert and Charlie and a sister Dorothy. Funeral services will be held at Life of Christ Ministry Church, 1699 8th Ave, Olivehurst, CA, Saturday October 13th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Joe Grinnell officiating.
