Obituary of Nadine Phillips

Nadine Phillips, age 62, of Yuba City, passed away peacefully at home on February 3, 2017. Nadine was born in Auburn, California on January 5, 1955, to Leroy and Bertha (Williams) Ferrell. She moved to Olivehurst where she met her husband, Mike Phillips, and shortly thereafter, the two moved to Yuba City. Nadine was the Vice President of Asset Recovery for Sierra Central Credit Union where she worked for 22 years. Nadine will be remembered as a wonderful mother and wife. She was kind and selfless and was always there to help those in need. Nadine was strong and courageous, and she never had a bad word to say about anyone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Nadine is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Mike Phillips, as well as her daughter, Erin Phillips. A Celebration of Nadine's Life will be held on Thursday, February 16, at 11 a.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 445 B Street, in Yuba City. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
