Obituary of Tracey Noel Rassman

Tracey Noel Rassman, age 52, of Yuba City, passed away on December 26, 2016. She was born on October 22, 1964, in Orlando, Florida to Richard and Linda (Schroeder) Rassman. Tracey was the Dispatch Supervisor for Bi-County Ambulance, where she worked for over 20 years. She leaves behind her daughter, Maya Noel Foreman, mother, Linda Rassman, grandmother, Florence Schroeder, uncle, Cory Schroeder, and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Brad Rassman, father, Richard Rassman, and grandfather, Jack Schroeder. A Celebration of Tracey's Life will be held on Friday, January 6, at 2 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 445 B Street, in Yuba City. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
