Obituary of Ella Mae McDaniel

Ella Mae McDaniel was born October 21, 1916 in Parkin, Arkansas. Ella transitioned from her earthly home to heaven on July 18, 2016 at Marysville Post-Acute Care Center. Besides her husband, Leroy McDaniel, she is preceded in death by her son, Rev. Lonzo McCline and two grandsons, David and Kenneth Lamont McCline. Ella was full of life! She was loved by everybody and she loved everyone. She accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized. She was a member of Mount Olivet Baptist Church. She was on the usher board until her health failed her. She was under the leadership of Rev. Carl Dorn, Sr. She leaves to cherish fond memories; Kathy (Steve Miller), Cozetta (Preston Thompson), and "Mama Joe" Joe Ann Hill, her best friend. She had 7 Granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 34 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Services will be held on July 28, 2016 1 p.m. at Mount Olivet Baptist Church in Olivehurst, followed by a 2 p.m. graveside committal at Sierra View Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit beginning at 11 a.m. at the church. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
