Obituary of Lucille Agnes Flanery (Chilcoat)

Lucille Agnes Flanery passed away peacefully in Marysville on February 29, 2016, at the age of 81. She was born March 23, 1934, to Noah Apslum and Jewel Marie Kathryn (Goss) Chilcoat. Lucille graduated from San Bernardino High School. She was a bookkeeper. Lucille had an outgoing personality and competitive spirit. She was a sports enthusiast, loved gardening, and teaching her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lucille is survived by daughters, Lonnie Newton, Terry Crawley, and Marie Flanery; seven grandchildren: Rebecca, Hanna, Jewel, Rachel, Fallon, Tanis, and Forrest; 11 great grandchildren: Alexcyia, Jaiden, Ariakha, Hunter, Cameron, Austin, Anna, Ethan, Mason, Abbey, and Gabe; and her sister, Dorothy. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Sylvia, Charles, Linda, Judy, Diane, and Sherry. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Sierra View Memorial Park, with a reception to follow. All are invited to attend and celebrate Lucille's life. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
