My thoughts and prayers to Benny's family. Know that Benny was a Great infulence to many of us Boom Operators during his decades in Air Force. He was a good friend and will be missed by us all.
I am so deeply saddened at Benny's passing. We were roommates during our flying deployments to Southeast Asia and also close friends when stationed in South Dakota. I felt as close to Benny as anyone I've known. His congeniality and happy approach to life were an inspiration to all who knew him. Benny will rest in peace because he was a compassionate and guniunely good person.
My deepest condolences to Cheryl and the family. We shared many fond memories with Bennie during our years in the military. I appreciated his honoring Rick with his presence and his memories at Rick's memorial service in 2006. RIP Bennie Alhoa!
