Obituary of Sharon Ellen LePage (Tindel)

Sharon Ellen (Tindel) LePage, age 69, passed away on June 20, 2015 after a brief illness. Sharon was born on August 29, 1945 to Pernal and Ellen Tindel in Tillamook, Oregon. She graduated from Marysville High School in 1963. Sharon worked in management at Sunsweet Growers for more than 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul LePage and her father, Pernal Tindel. Sharon was a loving mother to Darci Cress (Pete) of Colorado; Kris Shortridge (Tom) of Yuba City; Kevin Schmidt (Suzanne) of Yuba City and Eric Schmidt (Dana) of Live Oak. Sharon had four cherished grandkids, Josh Shortridge, Erica V. Schmidt, Shelby Shortridge and Lance Cress. Along with her children and grandchildren, she leaves behind her mother, Ellen Cocanowner; a brother Dale Tindel; a sister Eileen Nordquist and many cousins in the area. Sharon enjoyed many outdoor activities, including golf, fishing, working in her yard, playing with her beloved dogs, Bogey and Ruby and line dancing. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 10:00 am at Sierra View Mortuary. A gathering of family and friends will follow immediately at her home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Sharon's life.
