Obituary of Charles Velasquez

Charles Velasquez, born November 4, 1933, passed away September 27, 2014. Charles was preceded in his death by his beloved wife, Sally, of 35 years. He leaves behind his stepson, William Broad; granddaughter, Mackenzie Broad, and countless friends he made everywhere he lived and worked in his lifetime. There will be a graveside service Friday, October 10, 2014, at 11:00 am at Sierra View Mortuary, 4900 Olive Avenue, Olivehurst, California. After the conclusion of this graveside ceremony, there will be a gathering of friends to meet for lunch at the hall for the American Legion Post 807 located at 5477 Feather River Boulevard, Olivehurst, CA. At the hall there will be cold sandwiches, salad, desert, soda, iced tea and water available for lunch. Friends of Chuck are welcome to attend the graveside service and/or lunch.
