Obituary of Robert Wayne Long

Robert Wayne Long Age 93 of Yuba City, Ca. passed into eternity in Live Oak, Ca. on June 13, 2014, with his two sons and two of his grand daughters by his side. Robert was born September 04,1920 in Hickory County, Mo. to the late John and Martha Long, he married the love of his life Violet Marie Long in 1939 and shared there life and love together for 66 years. Robert worked in the lumber industry as a Millwright most all of his working life, he retired in 1980 from Haley Brothers Door Company in Los Angeles, Ca. and relocated to Yuba City in 1988, where he enjoyed Swap meeting and Garage Sales with his son Harold Long, he was a long time member of the Nazarene Church and attended Hope Point in Yuba City. Robert is survived by his three children Shirley Ann Brown, of Fairfield, Ca., Harold Edwin Long of Sutter, Ca., and Randy John Long of Riverside, Ca., seven grand children, seven great grand children, and six great, great, grand children. Robert is preceded in death by his wife Violet Marie Long, son Howard Wayne Long, Daughter in law Judy Long, Grand Son Rick Long, Grand Daughter Sharon Long, and Grand Daughter Pamela Long .
