<p>Sixth Grade</p><p> Ed came to Room 206 in John Muir School, Berkeley, during the 1967 school year. I believe ha was from Lemore, CA. If I recall correctly, he had come to live with his sister following surgery. Regretfully, I was informed that he died in his teens and unfortunately passed that word on. So glad that was school misinformation!.</p> <p> We are so glad he went on to a full and rewarding life.</p> <p> Ed was honored among his classmates at their first reunion in 2012, 45 years after 6th grade.</p> <p> The class, JM67, will be dedicating a granite bench on April 26, 2014 at the school in memory of those who have passed on. Ed will be among them. Ed's family and friends are welcome to the 11 a.m. ceremony.</p> <p> I liked Ed very much. I was honored to be his teacher.</p>
