I think that this is the Richard Elkins that lived at 826b J street on Grand Forks Air Force base around 1968. I am Mark Carlson of the Carlsons (Virgil, Joann, Mark ,Paul, Diana and Donna) that lived next door at 826c. I am sorry to hear of his passing and the passing of Norma. I just located the obituary today June 27,2014. My dad Virgil passed in 2000 and my mom still lives in Dallas Tx.
