Obituary of Emma Viola McKinney Miller (Casto)

Emma Viola McKinney Miller, age 86, of Olivehurst, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2013. She was born on April 5, 1927, in West Virginia to Theador and Mary (Siders) Casto. Emma was a homemaker for many years. She was very active in community service, especially in the Baptist church and the Olivehurst-Linda Little League. She leaves behind her children: Nelly Dominguez, Tommie McKinney, and Mary Cress; grandchildren: Jimmy Rochester, Johnny Rochester, David Dominguez, Patrick Dominguez, Lisa McKinney, Tammy Fitch, Melissa Campbell, Teresa Rogers, Amanda Cress, Vanessa Cress, Jonathan Nieto, Joshua Nieto, and Jeremy Nieto; 22 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jim McKinney, second husband, Robert Miller, and 12 siblings. Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, July 23, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Sierra View Mortuary. A chapel service will take place on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the mortuary. Committal is private.
