Obituary of Richard Gene Williams

Richard, age 53, passed away peacefully at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California. Richard will be remembered for his strength to overcome. He always believed you could become anything if you just put your heart and soul in what you want to obtain. A native of Japan, he passed away after a long battle with diabetes and heart disease. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Kiyoko "Kay" and his father Richard "Dick" B. Williams. He is survived by his wife, Tina Williams; 2 sons, Jason Williams and Joshua Forquera, now serving in Kuwait; and a daughter' Brittany Forquera. He will be truly missed. Cremation will be at the Sierra View Crematory in Olivehurst, California and the inurnment will be private. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 613 Bogue St., Yuba City, California. A reception will follow at the church. Chrissy Randall is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
