Elise, age 98, passed away peacefully at Oroville Hospital in Oroville, California. A native of Louisana, she had lived in Bute County for 9 years. She is survived by her son, Richard Vincent of Dobbins, California. Cremation will be at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst and burial will be at Sacramento Memorial Lawn in Sacramento. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
