Lorna passed away November 15, 2011 at Sunrise Garden Care Home in Marysville, California. She was born February 20, 1928 in Hannibal, Missouri, to Russell and Jettie Gibson. She was a printer for the Sacramento Union newspaper for 28 years until her retirement. She is preceded in death by one child Joe Bussell. Lorna is survived by her husband of 35 years Paul Vasquez, of Olivehurst, California. She is survived by 7 children; Charles Bussell, Chris Castro, Paul Vasquez Jr., Trinidad Vasquez, Debbie Martinez, Lucy Escalante, and Loretta Medina. Lorna is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Cremation is planned at Sierra View Crematory in Olivehurst, California. A Service of Remembrance is scheduled for Tuesday, Noon, November 22, 2011, at the Sierra View Mortuary Chapel in Olivehurst, California. Pastor Chris Madsen of Sutter North Hospice will be officiating. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
