Elisara, age 64, died peacefully at his home in Plumas Lake. A native of Tula Village, American Samoa, he has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 3 years. Elisara had retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years as a Military Policeman. He is survived by his wife, Sina Togiai. A visitation will be on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 12 Noon - 4:00 p.m. at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst. Funeral services will be on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the New Life Assembly of God Church in Olivehurst. Burial will be on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
