Thelma E. Setters, age 87, passed away January 8, 2011 in Marysville, California. Born July 11, 1923 in Lancing, Michigan she had been a resident of the Yuba- Sutter area for 34 years. Thelma is survived by her daughters, Sharon Hade (Bud) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Linda Martin of Yuba City, California; twins, Jerrie Murray (John) of Brownsville, California and Sherrie Allen (Larry) of Alleghany, California; sons, Lloyd Setters (Jan) of Marysville, California and David (Joyce) of Bloomfield, Indiana; and son in law, Bill Sullivan of Thebes, Illinois; and 18 grandchildren. Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Setters and daughter, Billie Jo Sullivan. A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2011, 2:00 pm at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, California. Mr. Lloyd Setters (son) will be officiating. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sacramento Valley Teen Challenge at trcc@pacbell.net. Jon L. Fullerton is the director in charge of arrangements.
