Wanda, age 79, passed away peacefully at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California on February 19, 2011. A native of Combs, Arkansas, Wanda lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for 76 years and graduated from Yuba City High. She enjoyed handicrafts, including quilting. Wanda also liked camping in her RV, traveling, music, the ocean and mountains. She is survived by her husband, Martin J. Schuler, Jr. of Marysville, California; her daughter, Sharon Schuler (and Tracy Elliott) of Santa Rosa, California; her son, Martin Joseph Schuler, III of Marysville, California; 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. Wanda is preceded in death by her sister, Viola (Thomas) Rasmussen. Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst, California. Inurnment to follow at Sierra View Memorial Park. Jon L.
