Fay passed away August 17, 2011 at the Marysville Care and Rehab Center in Marysville, California. She was born January 11, 1920 in Post Oak, Texas to Calvin and Verna Russ. Fay was a retired air traffic controller. A celebration of life will be held at the Marysville Care and Rehab Center on September 9, 2011. Cremation is planned at Sierra View Crematory in Olivehurst, California. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
