Cecil C. Ross 85, passed away on March 3, 2010. Born on March 16, 1924 in Akins, Oklahoma. He was a Yuba Sutter resident for 60 + years. Cecil was a World War II Army Air Corp. Veteran. Cecil was employed as a heavy equipment operator for Operating Engineers. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Ross, his parents and 8 siblings. Survivors include 2 sons, John and Steven Ross, a step-daughter Nebbie Pyles, a sister Bea Edwards of Muldrow, Oklahoma , 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A special thank you to JoLynn Williams. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on March 10, 2010 at Memorial Park, Sierra View Cemetery, 4900 Olive Ave. Olivehurst, CA
