Howard, age 76, passed away peacefully at his residence in Marysville, California. He had lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 10 years. A Navy Veteran, Howard retired from the Bi-County Pool Company as a swimming pool technician after 15 years, enjoying his hobby of fishing. He is survived by his 3 sons, Stanley Wayne Ramsey and Scott Dee Ramsey, both of Marysville, California and Steven Alan Ramsey of Yuba City, California. Howard is also survived by his brother, Walter Ramsey and his sister, Frances Moe, both of Yuba City, California; and by 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Cremation is planned at the Sierra View Crematory in Olivehurst, California. Inurnment is private. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
