Ana Maria Orozco, age 65, passed away peacefully at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California on December 12, 2011. A native of Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, Mexico, she was born on July 3, 1946 and has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 38 years. Ana was a homemaker for 42 years and was a member of St. Isadore's Catholic Church in Yuba City. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, taking care of her grandkids and get togethers with family and friends. Ana is survived by her husband, Francisco Orozco, Sr. of Olivehurst, California; her 2 sons, Francisco Orozco, Jr. (Miley) of Marysville, California and Edgar Orozco of Olivehurst, California; and by her 2 daughters, Anna Carrillo (Esteban) and Carina Lopez (Brian), both of Yuba City, California. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren, Esteban Carrillo, Jr., Giselle Carrillo and Victoria Lopez; by her mother, Ana Hernandez of Mexico; by her 5 sisters; 3 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Ana was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Hernandez; her brother, Daniel Hernandez and by her sister, Martha Hernandez. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Isadore's Catholic Church in Yuba City. Officiating is Fr. Miguel Silva. Burial to follow at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, California. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
