Rose was born in McArthur, California and Moved to the Yuba/Sutter area 25 years ago. She was a hair stylist for 8 years. Rose is survived by her husband, Ray Linares, Sr. and by her daughter, Rhonda Wilder. Cremation is planned. No public services. Jon L. Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
