Alan "A.J." of Browns Valley died peacefully at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California. A native of Spencer, Iowa, he had lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 46 years. A.J. worked in the construction business for 35 years. He is survived by his brothers, David Jones of Newbury Park, California and Terry Jones of Arlington, Virginia. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Peoria District Cemetery in Browns Valley, California. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
