Sofia, age 31, passed away peacefully at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California. A native of Garden Grove, California, she has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 26 years. Sofia had worked for Sam's Club as a clerk for 7 years. She was a member of the Kingdon Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Gridley, California. Sofia enjoyed crafts, baking, and her 2 shih-tzu's, Bella and Dooney. She is survived by her parents, David and Rosa Hernandez of Live Oak, California; 2 sisters, Andrea and Mayra Hernandez of Live Oak, California and her nephew, Mason Harvey. Cremation is planned. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at 9731 Live Oak Blvd. Live Oak, California. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
