Betty, age 71, passed away peacefully at her residence in Olivehurst, California. She was a retired Dietary Aide for Driftwood Care Center after 17 years. Betty enjoyed collecting teddy bears, porceline dolls, enjoying time with her family and dogs. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Evans; and by her 2 sons, Timothy Evans and Allen Evans; by 7 grandchildren and 4 1/2 great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Arthur. Visitation will be Monday, August 22, 2011 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. with funeral services following at 1:00 p.m. at Sierra View Mortuary. Reverend Ike Riley of the Emmanuel Faith Tabernacle of Linda, California will be officiating. Burial will be at Sierra View Memorial Park. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
