Obituary of Kenneth Clinton Dutcher

K.C., age 80, died peacefully at his residence in Yuba City, California. A native of Davenport, Iowa, he has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 9 years. While serving in the U.S. Army, he fought in the Korean War and earned the prestigious Purple Heart Award. KC was a self employed painter for 40 years. He was a devote Christian and long standing member of Calvary Christian Center, Sacramento and Marysville, California. KC is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Christi Dutcher, he is also survived by his sister Elva Jakabol, of Chicago, Illinois, his daughter Lorraine Elizabeth Dutcher, his granddaughter, Christina Mireles, 3 great grandchildren, Brandon, Baylee, and Riley. He also leaves behind 3 step- daughters, Randella Griffin, Tye Lewis, Bre Tyler, and 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his parents Ray and Ruth Dutcher and son Kenneth Clinton Duther, Jr. KC loved nothing more than spending time with his family and fellowshipping with church members. Memorial services will be held Tuesday May 15, 2012 at 10:00 am at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst California. Repast will be immediately following at Hillcrest Plaza Room 210 Julie Dr. Yuba City, California. Chrissy Randall is the Funeral Arranger in charge.
