Obituary of Angela Maria Chavez

Angela Maria Chavez, age 35, passed away at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California. A native of Yuba City, California, she has lived in this area for 35 years. Angela was a store clerk at the 99 Cent Store in Yuba City, California. She will be remembered as outgoing, happy and always smiling. A loving mother to her 5 daughters, she enjoyed shopping, Facebooking, spanish banoa music and eating homemade flour tortillas & enchiladas. Angela is survived by her 5 daughters, Kathia, Anna Maria, Bianca, Marely and Perla; parents, Jose Luis and Maria Chavez of Olivehurst; her brother, Miguel Angel Chavez of Olivehurst; 8 uncles, Martin Ubias of Atapaneo, Mexico, Sergio Ubias of Marysville, Jose Luis Ubias of Olivehurst, Lorenzo Ubias of Marysville, Jose Carmen Ubias of Yuba City, Sylvester Ubias of Olivehurst, Jose Chavez of Santa Maria and Julio Chavez of Santa Maria; 5 aunts, Ophelia Herrejon of Marysville, Elvira Ubias of Mexico City, Mexico, Maria Efijenia Ubias of Olivehurst, Lilia Ruiz of Lakeport and Sophia Ferreira of Santa Maria; and several nieces and nephews. Angela was preceded in death by her unborn daughter, Maria; and her 3 uncles, Manuel Ubias, Miguel Chavez and Nicanor Chavez. A visitation will be on Monday, March 26, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the recitation of the Rosary will start at 6:00 p.m. at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst, California. Mass of the Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marysville, California. Officiating is Father Juan Perez. Burial to follow at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, California. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
