Garnet, age 92, died peacefully at her residence in Yuba City, California. She was born in Alexandria, New York and moved to the Yuba/Sutter area in 2003. Garnet retired from Cal Trans as a draftsman after 20 years. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Clark of Yuba City, California. Cremation is planned. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Trinity Life Anglican Church, 1320 Hooper St. Yuba City, California. Jon L. Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
