Francisco, age 85, passed away peacefully at his residence in Yuba City, California. A native of Mexico, he has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for over 50 years. Francisco was the owner and operator of Frank Shoes Service for 40 years. He enjoyed working in his garden. Francisco is survived by his wife, Edna Cardenas of Yuba City; his 2 sons, Francisco Cardenas, Jr. of Live Oak and Hugo Cardenas of Yuba City; and by his daughter, Consuelo Ontiveros of Yuba City. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-great grand daughters. A memorial service will be held in the spring of 2012. Jon Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
