Betty Lou Burton, born on March 20, 1931 in Hutchinson, Kansas and passed away on June 22, 2011 in Yuba City, CA. She was a homemaker but did work at Avalon Bay Foods in Yuba City for several years. Survivors include 3 children: Marilyn O'Neal of Yuba City, CA, Susan Upton (James) of Marysville, CA, Scott Burton (Lori) of Yuba City, CA; and a brother Eugene McQueen of Lodi, CA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 step- grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Lyle Burton, and a much loved son- in-law Floyd O'Neal. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing and graveside service to be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Sierra View Memorial Park, 4900 Olive Ave., Olivehurst, CA 95961. Viewing will be from 8-11am with graveside service following immediately after the viewing. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
