Helen Blachut Born January 19, 1921 in Lambert, Pennsylvania and passed away peacefully at Manor Care Home in Citrus Heights, California at the age of 89. She was a WWII survivor in a concentration camp in Poland. Helen is survived by her son, Mitch Blachut of Citrus Heights, California, her daughter, Sue Blachut of Olivehurst, California, and her sister, Anna Lesniak of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Helen is preceded in death by her husband Stanley in 1999. A visitation will be Wednesday, July 21, 2010 from 5PM to 7PM at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst, California. Funeral services will be Friday, July 23, 2010 at 12:00 noon, with burial following at Sierra View Memorial Park. Jon L. Fullerton is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
