Norma passed away on February 13, 2012 at her home in Yuba City, with her husband Jack by her side. She was born January 18, 1929 in Visalia, California to Albin and Clara Fryar. Norma was a home maker for 66 years and took great pride in raising her children. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Jack T. Bell of Yuba City. Norma is also survived by 3 children; Clara Brown, Anne Pickett, and Chuck Bell. She is preceded in death by a son David Bell. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, from 8-11 am at Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst. Services are scheduled for 11am at Sierra View Mortuary, with burial to follow at Sierra View Memorial Park. Pastor Jim Clark of Crossroads Community Church in Yuba City will be officiating. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
