Vera, age 95, passed away peacefully at the Courtyard Terrace in Sacramento, California July 15, 2011. She was a woman of many faces, but was at her best as a Minister's wife for over 60 years. Vera is survived by her four children; Alice, Donna, Robin, and Judith. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday July 20, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Sierra View Mortuary Chapel in Olivehurst, California. Burial will immediately follow the visitation at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst, California. Reverend Robin L. Aplet of Christian Church San Antonio, Texas is the officiant. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
