Farzand Ali 94, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family January 21, 2011. He was born in India and emigrated to the United States. Farzand worked in the agricultural industry for 70 years, the last 40 in Sutter County. He is survived by his wife Ishrat Ali. Farzand was buried January 22, 2011 in the Muslim section of Sierra View Memorial Park. Mark S. Eliason is the funeral counselor in charge of arrangements.
