Obituary of Bernard Daniel Leon

Bernard D. Leon, 73, of Plumas Lake, passed away on June 22, 2024 in Sacramento, CA.
Funeral services will be held 10AM Tuesday July 2, 2024 at Sierra View Mortuary & Memorial Park. Burial will follow at Sierra View Memorial park. Arrangements are made by Sierra View Mortuary & Memorial Park.

Bernard was born in San Francisco to Emma and Joseph Leon on July 21,1950. He went to
school in Redwood City. He graduated from Menlo-Altherton High School. He worked as a restaurant technician for a few different coffee companies for over 40 years. He was a veteran and served in the Marines and was awarded a National Defense service medal.

Bernard is survived by his children Gena Ruiz and husband Jordan Ruiz, Michael Leon, Daniel Leon and wife Elizabeth Leon, and Billie Leon. He is also survived by his siblings Art Leon, Tommy Leon, Joseph Leon, Rosa Leon, James Leon, and Lupe Leon. His grandchildren Oliver Ruiz, Elias Ruiz, Myella Leon, Daniel Leon, Dominic Leon, Samantha Martinez, Colton Leon,Hunter Leon, Danika Leon, and Emma Leon.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Leon, Michael Leon, Jordan Ruiz, Joseph Leon, Tommy Leon, Art Leon
