Roy Bourg, 76, of Olivehurst, passed away on December 14, 2022 in Sacramento.

Roy Bourg was born in Louisiana to mother Bernice Higgins and his father Frank Gregory Bourg on March 5th, 1946. He married Cheryl Bourg on December 28th, 1970 at the Keystone Chapel in Reno. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Army and was awarded a purple heart. He was involved in several organizations. He was also a member of Olivehurst VFW, Lions Club and Cooties. 

Roy Bourg is preceded in death by Bernice Higgins and Frank Gregory Bourg.

Roy Bourg is survived by his wife Cheryl Bourg, his daughter Elizabeth Nunes, his brothers and sisters Valerie Facchino, Frank Bourg, Lois Navarrot, Roxanne Pierce, Connie Bourg, Sheryl Ougel and Marvin Bourg, his grandchildren Tearra Sakurada, Corie Brown and Travis Brown, and his great grandchildren Riley Sakurada and Andru Sakurada. 

Pallbearers will be Corie Brown, Travis Brown, Michael Nunes, Greg Navarrot, Chad Navarrot & Martin Jones.
