Sharla Kay Banuelos, 66, of Olivehurst, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Plumas Lake, California. 

Visitation services will be from 10 AM - 12 PM, Friday, October 14, 2022 at Sierra View Mortuary & Memorial Park. Funeral Services will be held at 12 PM on Friday, October 14, 2022. Graveside services will follow the funeral at Sierra View Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the care of Sierra View Mortuary & Memorial Park.

Sharla Kay Banuelos was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma on September 13, 1956. She graduated from Marysville High School in 1974. She married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Jose "Joe" Banuelos on July 5, 1974. They had three children, Joshua, Jason and Jose "Jo Jo" Banuelos. She also had one daughter in law, Monica Banuelos, who took care of her until the very end. She had nine grandchildren, Cody, Britany, Zack, Alex, Jacob, Haily, Andrea, Jessica and Brandon Banuelos, and two great grandchildren and one on the way. 

Sharla is survived by her sister Sheila O'Leary and her three children, Joshua Banuelos, Jason Banuelos, and Jose "Jo Jo" Banuelos.

Sharla is preceded in death by her husband Jose Banuelos, her mother Gracie Jarnagin, her father Clarence Jarnagin, and her brother Larry Jarnagin.
