Perilla Jane Wilburn, 89, of Olivehurst, passed away on April 13, 2022 in Yuba City.
Perilla was born in Mountain Park, Oklahoma to Henry H. and Bessie Devin on January 1, 1933. She married William E. Wilburn on September 4, 1954 in Reno, Nevada.
She graduated from Marysville High School. She and her husband owned and operated Bill's Upholstery.
Perilla is preceeded in death by her husband William E. Wilburn, parents Henry H. and Bessie Devin. 3 brothers, Patrick, Pleasant and Pickett Devin and 1 sister Peggy Harrell.
Perilla is survived by her daughter Deborah A. Crowder of Oregon.
