Kenneth D. Cole, Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 28, 2021 Ken was born in San Bernardino, California, to Kenneth Cole, Sr. and Mary S. Cole, the oldest of seven siblings. Survived by beloved wife Lillian Y. Cole and beloved daughter Sandie Castro. Lillian and Ken celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 9, 2021. Ken was a valuable member of the Yuba-Sutter Corps of the Salvation Army. Also survived by sisters Rose Mary Clune, Sharon Burke, Carol Mitchel and Susan Cole. Predeceased by brothers Glenn Cole and William Cole. He was a beloved Uncle Junior to 19 nieces and nephews. A kind and gentle man, Ken had no enemies except for the fish he loved to catch. Most weekends would find him on a stream or lake with a fishing pole in hand. He introduced many people to his love of fishing. A practical man, he could repair almost anything and no one ever had to ask him twice for help. Graveside services will be held for family and close friends. Donations to the Yuba-Sutter Salvation Army in Ken's memory would be welcome.
