My deep condolences to the Elizalde family during this time of great loss. I will miss Lenny a lot & very thankful I got to work alongside him once again last year. Just wish we could have been on the same job again when we were working for the same contractor this year. In my first year out I helped to look out for you when you showed up to work hung over lol. You were there when I almost fought an oiler lol. It was real great to see how far you have come in the trade & how much of a go getter you were. I drew a tribute to you on my hard hat because for as long as I'm doing this I will keep your name alive. Until we meet again on the other side I will keep on thinking of you brother.

Man Lenny, we're gonna miss you out there brother. You helped me gain so much confidence in my welding, you were always willing to help me when I needed help. Always there to help me get my negative thoughts out of my head when I was welding. I wish we could still be eating sandwiches by the school and heading back to my house and talk about all the random stuff we would do on the pipeline. It kills to me admit that we'll never get a chance to weld across the pipe from each other how we always talked about. You won't be forgotten out there, you always worked hard and you were always dedicated to becoming a better person in all aspects of life.
