Obituary of Pauline Scarberry

In Loving Memory. Pauline Scarberry, 84 of Olivehurst California was born on December 23rd, 1936 in Spiro Oklahoma. She was a life long resident of Olivehurst. Pauline passed away on March 28th, 2021 in Yuba City, California after a short stay in the hospital. She graduated from Marysville High School, was a full time wife and mother. She worked many years at the Del Monte Cannery. She was involved with the PTA, enjoyed square dancing, bowling, swimming, fishing, sewing and cooking. In her later years gambling at the casino became her favorite past time along with gardening. She loved flowers. Pauline is precceded in death by her High School sweetheart Gene Scarberry. Her parents Opal Poole and Carly Utah Hargis, a brother Carl Poole, her grandparents Roy & Ollie Hibbens, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Pauline and Gene left a legacy of children, Marty and Maurice Scarberry, many grandchildren, Marty II, Rachael, Joshua, Kayla, Bradley, Danielle, Billy, Luke, Alvin and Leo. Great grandchildren Marty III, Alicia, Kameron, Aeris, Elora, Aria, Samuel III, Shaylee, Kylie, Kedra, Alexander, Samantha, and Michael. Also her sister Margrette Hasting and family and her brother Utah Hargis of Lancaster CA. She lived a good life and will be greatly missed. Visitation services will be held at Sierra View Mortuary located at 4900 Olive Ave. Olivehurst California April 7th, 2021 from 12PM-2PM Funeral Services will be held the following day at Sierra View Mortuary, April 8th, 2021 from 12PM-2PM
