Wayne Allen Moen, age 78, of Marysville, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2017. He was born on February 13, 1938, in Minnesota to Samuel and Hazel (Halverson) Moen. Wayne served in the United States Air Force for 8 years. He was an Iron Worker for 36 years, spending most of that time working for Basalt PreCast. During that time, he lived in the Napa area, returning to Marysville 16 years ago upon his retirement. Wayne was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend and will be dearly missed. Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 58 years, Barbara (Menear) Moen, 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 sons in law, and 1 daughter in law. Per Wayne's wishes, services and committal are private. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
