Obituary of Louise Anne McAuliff

Louise Anne McAuliff, lovingly called Anne or Annie, age 53, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 1, 2015, in her childhood home in Marysville, CA. Anne was born September 6, 1961, at Rideout Hospital in Marysville, CA, the daughter of the late Edward McAuliff and Louise D. McAuliff. Anne is survived by her loving daughter, Tamara McAuliff and her partner for several years, Christopher Owen Caster. She is number 9 of 11 siblings. Her 10 brothers and sisters, Joseph McAuliff, Sharon Harryman, Edward McAuliff, Helen Thomas, James McAuliff, Dennis McAuliff, Mary Jane Berger, Patrick McAuliff, Kathy McAuliff and Betty Druck. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Family and friends were her passion and delight in life. Possessing a true servant's heart, Anne faithfully devoted herself to caring for our mother and we all are very grateful. She possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Throughout her life she maintained a fun loving and silly demeanor that won the trust and hearts of many. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling, laughter, and joking around, will never be forgotten. After graduating from Lindhurst High School in Olivehurst, CA, she worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken and 7-11 where she made friends for life and had fun times with the customers and fellow workers. Then after our father's death in 1982, she chose to stay with and take care of our mother. Anne raised her only daughter Tamara who has grown to be a beautiful, caring, fun-loving, young lady. The funeral Mass will be presided by Father Matthew Blank at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 702 C St, Marysville, CA 95901, on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 11:00 am.
