Dal Eubanks Obituary
Dal Philip Eubanks, 82, of Carmichael, CA, passed away on April 28, 2026 in his home at
Splendor of Carmichael at Palm with his children, grandchildren and siblingings at his side.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, Pastor Michael Baggett and Pastor
Mike Goodyear officiating at Pathway Fellowship, We will celebrate Dal Hawaiian style at a

Dal was born in Lovelock, NV, to Opal and Dallas Eubanks on July 22, 1943. He went to High
school at Marysville High and Menrow High School, and graduated from James Menrow High in
1961. He enlisted in the United States Navy, on July 10, 1961, for three years, followed by 3
years in the United States Naval reserves. He went on to earn an AA degree in Computer
Science from California State University Northridge, he continued his education in computer
science earning 200 college credits.
He worked as a software engineer at Markquardt Electronics, in Northridge CA, from 1965-
1978. After moving to Sacramento CA in 1978 he worked at Cable Data (International Billing
Services) for 17 years. Then he worked in his own business, Consolidated Solutions, for 23
years.
Dal’s greatest joy was spending time with his family, traveling and exploring the world. He has
traveled to many locations around the world and much of the United States. His favorite places
to explore were Hawaii and Disneyland. He also liked being outdoors. He loved golfing and
skiing with his grandchildren. In his younger years he loved for skiing, camping, fishing, hunting
and four wheeling with his children,
He was part of Pathway Fellowship Church and a board member and director. He dedicated
much of his life to serving the lord and the church he loved.
Dal is survived by his daughter, Christina Gruver of Carmichael; son, Douglas Eubanks of
Orangevale; granddaughter, Kindra Pring of Antelope; grandson, Jonathon Kieren of
Carmichael; grandson, Dallas Pring of Antelope; grandson, Dallen Eubanks of Orangevale;
granddaughter, Payton Eubanks of Orangevale; sister, Mary Swan of Folsom, brother, Donald
Karl of Magilia; sister inlaw, Linda Clark of Orangevale. He is preceded in death by his wife,
Barbara Eubanks; daughter, Kimberlie Eubanks; mother, Opal Karl; father, Dallas Eubanks;
step-father, Soloman Karl; mother inlaw, Maxine Phillips; father inlaw, Argie Phillips; brother,
Jerry Karl.
Dal gave generously to support charities that were dear to his heart: Pathway fellowship
Church, Carlstrom’s Missionary/ Mission Quest, AARP, Cancer Society, March of Dimes, St.
Jude, Special Olympics, Doctors without Borders, World Vision, and Reliant Senior Living.

Dal led his family by Jesus’ love and teachings as a devoted child of God. The world is a little
less without him, but a little more with everything he has left to be remembered.
