Kathleen Josephine Pellett, passed away on May 21, 2025. She was

born March 15, 1937 to Ivan and Minnie Norris in Yuba City, CA. She

and her family moved to East Marysville, to live in the home which they

had built. She attended Yuba City High, Marysville High, and graduated

from Notre Dame High School in 1955. She then lived in St. Louis

Missouri and San Francisco, CA and worked for Pacific Telephone and

Telegraph Company. She met Lee Pellett at the Yuba County Sheriffs

Department while working for Sheriff John Dower, as his secretary. She

married Lee on May 22, 1958 in Reno NV. She attended classes at Yuba

College and thus got her Administrative Position at PG&E, where she

retired after 25 years of service in 1993.

They purchased property in Oregon House, CA, where she was a

horseback rider, water skier, and enjoyed working on the property, as

well as enjoying the menagerie of animals that they had acquired.

She was a God fearing and ardent Patriot. She was a fervent Capitalist

who had many collectibles and surrounded herself with the beautiful

collection that she loved.

For many years she and Lee resided in Fallon Nevada; bought and sold

many properties just…because she could.

She is survived by her Daughters, Michelle Diane of Marysville CA;

Monica Ramos “Rob” of Loma Rica CA; Kelly Menzik of Marysville WA;

and Grandsons, Carson Ramos of Hampton VA; and Jack Menzik of

Everett WA. Also, her Sisters Nancy Norris of Fargo, ND; and Sandy

Davini “Dave” of Yuba City CA.

Kathy will be remembered for her biting since of humor, her contagious

laugh, her beautiful ensembles, and her love of champagne!

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11568 Loma Rica Rd in Loma Rica on

Monday June 30 th at 4:00 pm. Patriotic Attire requested.

Kathy will be laid to rest next to her husband, Lee, at the Northern

Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley Nevada. In lieu of

flowers please make donations In Kathy’s name to Freedom Home

Health and Hospice Care at 519 D St., Marysville, CA.
