Obituary of Mary Ann Wood

Mary Ann Wood, 77, passed away on January 26, 2025, in Marysville, CA.

MaryAnn was known for her intuitive, earnest, and candid nature, along with the love she had for her family.

Maryann is survived by her sister, Edna Bell; brother, John McDaniel; daughters, Annette Jordan and Sara Ballard; son, Kenneth McDaniel; seven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, John Hendricks; parents, Edna and Kenneth McDaniel; and brothers, Kenneth, Eddie, Jack, and Timothy McDaniel.

Mary found joy in her family and in the simple pleasures of life including reading and gardening.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at Sierra View Mortuary on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 12 PM to 2 PM with a reception to follow.
